Make tuna kimchi soup

If necessary, cut kimchi into desirable size (about 2-inch lengths)

Cut green onion into 2 to 3-inch length pieces

Open tuna and drain oil (or water) well

Mix seasoning ingredients; (red pepper, garlic, and ginger)

In a pot, stir kimchi, seasoning, chopped garlic, sesame oil, and tuna over high heat for about 5 minutes.

Pour 1 1/2 cups water over it and bring to a boil

When it starts to boil, add fish sauce

Boil gently over medium heat for 20 minutes

Add green onion just before turning off the heat
